Vegan Rice

Hello Blondies, sorry for the absence of these days. Hope everything is ok!!

Today I have a brand new healthy recipe to share with you guys. People asked me to do something vegan and that’s what I did. It’s vegan rice the recipe of today.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Vegetables that you like

Onions

Rice

Soy Sauce

 

PROCESS:

Start with cooking the rice. In the meantime cut all the vegetables and the half onion as well. Transfer the cut onion in a pan with some oil and let it cook for 3/4 minutes.

Add the vegetables and let them cook with some water for 10 minutes, until they become soft.

Now is the time to add the soy sauce, a little bit of oil and pepper.

 

Mix until everything is homogeneous and then add the rice.
