Today I’m back with my healthy recipe: a powerful smoothie! This is a special recipe I created on my own, a light meal before going to the gym. It’s vegan, made with fruit and vegetables. However is not a “smoothie” because is in a bowl, that’s why the name “smoothie bowl”. The difference between this and a smoothie is just that the smoothie bowl is bigger.

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup of almond/coconut/soy milk
PS: If you like cinnamon, add it! It will taste amazing!
