Healthy Avocado Ice and Peanut Butter Banana Brownies

Hola Blondies! How are you? Today I’m here to share with you my healthy recipes. I love eating, as everyone, but this entails getting weight!! Cooking as been one of my favorite hobbies since I was little so I mixed this two things to create HEALTHY recipes!!

 

My first recipe for today is (as a ice cream lover): Avocado Ice Cream. It takes about 5 minutes to do it and 30 min in the freezer and that’s all!

WHAT YOU NEED:

2 Avocados

50ml of Coconut milk (preferably coconut cream )

Honey

Dark chocolate

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

First of all you need to cut chocolate and avocado as well. Then mix all the ingredients in a mixer,put the cream in a bowl and then put it in the Freezer for about 30min….and it’s DONE!

 

Second Recipe: This is for Chocolate lovers who don’t want to give up chocolate. It’s about Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Brownies.

WHAT YOU NEED: 2 Bananas

150g of Brown Sugar

75g of Melted Butter

95g of Whole Wheat Flour

Vanilla

30g of Cocoa Powder

Salt

Peanut Butter

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

Smash the Bananas and add sugar and butter. Mix everything and then add flour, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Put the “dough” in a bowl and add peanut butter on top of it (just a little to stay healthy). Put everything in the oven for about 35 min at 180C….and it’s DONE!
